My job isn't to sell you on technology — it's to read the fine print, ask the real questions, and tell you the truth, even when that truth is "you don't need AI for this, here's a simpler fix." I've spent my whole career being the person people come to with "help, it's not working" — now I do that on purpose, for businesses and the people in them.
